Power Information
Power Description: as uncommon of a power as it maybe, Spencer can control his blood, he can make it slice, blast, and pierce through objects from a wound.
Seal: a few dozen bandages he keeps wraped around his arms and knees.
Drawbacks:it's blood, if he uses it all up, he'll probably pass out...or die, you know common stuff, he also can't channel his blood technique through major arteries because he uses up blood at faster rates
