Power Description: Warren is pure born telekinetic. His power ranges from telekinesis,tactile telekinesis and manifestations of raw psychic energy
His most used form is his tactile telekinesis which grants him enhanced strenght, speed, and agility. With his telekinesis Warren can move any in organic object with thought. When under use psi-energy will come from his hands resonating a blue color, with the same energy covering the object is currently moving. Using pure telekinetic force, Warren is capable of creating force fields strong enough to take the most powerful of blasts.

Because of his assassin heritage, Warren was trained to manipulate raw telekinetic energy to form weapons. For example a katana or knives, while they are capable of cutting right through any type of armor these weapons don't cause bodily harm but rather mental. With one stab or slice, Warren's psychic knife can sever the neurons of foes, causing them to fall unconscious without killing them. They can sever the bonds between molecules making certain body parts useless and paralyzed. These blades are capable of killing if needed.

Drawbacks: Warren is not a fan of his powers, and mostly uses close combat. While powerful his abilities do have limited range. And when under heavy use, they cause headaches which is why he chooses to use his powers to a limited extant.

Personality

Description: At first impressions Warren can classified as a generally simple person. He is nice, respectful, helpful when needed and cares about others. Warren 's key trait is his loyalty to people that have his trust, putting people before him anytime. His confidence is noticed quickly though, while not cocky Warren is very confident in himself and doesn't shy away from competition. His complexity kicks in on random days, where he can become very witty and a ace for smart ass answers. Friends know Warren for his trade mark sense of humor
and witt. Able to out talk most of his opponents, and is constantly saying what is on his mind. Despite his child like humor Warren does not run from responsibility, nor fear. He is not rash and thinks about things before he does them, sometimes believing brains is just as important as brawn.

Flaws Warren can be very arrogant about certain subjects, unwilling to change his mind once its decided. This conflicts with his lets think about this nature, often having to change is mind about certain things unwillingly. To make the smarter decision. Warren is reluctant to take life, and slightly despises people that do it. This contradicts his assassin training which he is trained to kill, and often causes many arguments with his older sister. This is also a reason why he is willing to turn his back on his family, not wanting to become a full time murderer.

History:

Warren was born with parents that have supernatural powers, the same was for his other family members. So it was expected that his powers would develop soon. While Warren would be born into acceptance, he would also have to deal with high exceptions. Some he feared he would not be able to make. His father Brendan Conlon would start pushing Warren at a young age to use his powers, much like his sister Jean who was three years older. By the time Warren was six he felt Jean was already extremely adapt with her powers and always struggled to catch up. She would always outdo him out smart him, always one step ahead it was always like this for him. No matter how hard he tried Warren always came second place to his sister Jean.

The Conlon family has always been associated with a assassin's guild, going back to the early 1900's. Members being trained in martial arts, weaponry, stealth and assassinations. Having this going hand in hand with their abilities the Conlon family was always considered a high regard in the assassin's guild. Being able to form pure psychic energy into weaponry enough to kill. Both Jean and Warren were trained extensively by their father, to carry on the Conlon name. To take the assassin's guild to new heights. When Jean was old enough for highschool Tessa recommended that they send her to Darks University, so she can get out there on her own. While also completing some assassinations that needed to be done. Warren stayed home with his father and mother, honing his skills the best he can trying to impress his father. It was in this time where, Warren wasn't sure if he wanted to become a assassin he didn't enjoy it like his sister.

When Warren came of age, he joined Darks as well. At the young age of 14 Warren was ready to make his place here. Ready to outdo his sister, who was in her final year. Although Warren came to Darks ready to prove himself, he noticed things were different here. He started to feel that he had nothing to prove at all, everyone else was just like him trying to find his or her place. He didn't have his father on his back, constantly pushing him more and more. He felt more relaxed here, where people wouldn't judge him for his decisions.

Three years later, and Warren was ready for his third year in Darks University. Jean a graduate student. The only thing different about this year, is Warren's father is expecting him to perform assassinations.

I know you aren't finished, it's looking great, but I would like to say one thing. You have both telepathy and telekinesis. Though similar, I consider that two powers, which is not allowed. If you could find a way to condense them into one, that's fine, but otherwise just pick one.
