An Unexpected Guest

The two of them wanted her to go off and play but she just wanted to stay with the woman.. she didn't want to!. The woman kissed her cheek. Shes till held her pout.. if anything it was worse now. She gave a soft sigh, Starring at the ground. "Ok".. she never could fight for too long. She hugged the woman tightly befor reluctantly getting off her lap.

Alex found this behaviour funny, if she hadn't of knonw why the girl was acting this way she would probably be in hysterics right now, the girl was so shy but so stuborn sometimes. The woman never semeed to scold her. It was strange really. Once the girl pulled away from togi, Alex went and took the girls hand, grabbing the bag as she guided her to the bedroom. Giving Togi some space. "Come on honey, cheer up, we are going to have alot of fun, I promise. " this was going to be hard to do ...

The two of them were going to the bedroom? Strange... she was going to relax in there. Well, she's fine here. They left to the other room. She took a deep breath. Things were so hard. She wondered if bringing the girl to a psychologist would help. The girl would never go... Maybe she could become a psychologist. It would help. She put her face in her hands. She pulled her knees to her chest and just tried to relax a bit in the chair. She was grateful to have Alex. If she was to do this alone... it would hurt so much. She wouldn't have any help. She wouldn't have anyone to be there for her...

Vashy followed Alex's lead, though she was still pouting and staring at the ground, she just wanted to be with the woman, she didn't want to deal with anyone else. The girl said they would have alot of fun... she was lieing. There was no way she would have any fun without the woman. She huffed when they got to the spot, Sitting down as she was told to.

Alex tried to find a spot where Vashy wouldn't be able to see Togi, she didn't want the girl accidently seeing the woman upset. She turned her gaze to the door.. poor Togi. She doubted any of this was easy to deal with. Especailly with the changes they made. She had the girl sit down , kneeling next to her as she took all the boxes out, stacking them . "Well, these are all games that kids normally like.. I don't know if you ever even got to play any of these games. There is monopoly, and trouble, and hungry hungry hippo, I didn't know what you would like so, if we start with these then maybe I know what you might like later. You know?" she was trying to make things simple for the girl but she didn't have that much experience with kids.

She heard Alex's voice. The girl didn't speak. She wished the girl would be more trusting. It made her sad. She was glad she got this alone time. If she didn't she was scared would would've snapped at the girl sometime in there. She needed something to relax herself. She didn't have anything she could use. She usually had the girl to relax her. But now... Well, what did she use before the girl? She looked to the bottle and bottles of pills under her desk. No. Not again. She thought things over. An image crossed her mind. She cringed at it. She must be desperate. How else could smoking have crossed her mind? She would find something... Maybe she should go in there.

"So I thought we could go with hungry hungry hippo first. Then see where we go from there" she didn't knwo the girls reading level even though monopoly was easy it wasn't a game that could easily be played without some reading skills. This was easiest. She opened the box and took out the little arena. "This games pretty easy. You got four colours and you got to try and get all of them befor anyone else" she released the balls then pressed the head opening and closing its mouth as she captured the coloured balls. "You want to try it?" Alex asked as she took vashys hand again, putting it on the button. She had no idea why the girl was so upset. She was just pouting. Seeming to tear up.

Vashy pulled her hand back. In any instance she would probably have enjoyed the game. She was cranky at thee moment and tired. Above all else she wanted to just be with the woman. "I don't want to play! I want mama" she said simply. Her voice cracking as she crossed her arms firmly. Even with the girl trying all she did was respond with no and pull away at any attempts to consol her.

She heard the girl yell. It tore through her head. There were two things she could do right now. She could go in and try to help the girl. Or she could just leave. She could go out somewhere and relax. She... She could do it. She walked to the bedroom and stepped in, standing in the doorway. She felt exhausted. She leaned against the wall. Everything hurt. She felt tired. She felt achy. She tried to never act this beaten up around the girl. She had no choice. "Please calm down, Vashy..."

Vashy was obviously having difficulty even being a single room away from the woman, that was a new level of dependence, she was sure the girl wasn't like this befor. Alex sighed, trying her best to console the girl, even going as far to pull her into a hug, that didn't go well, it seemed to make things worse. The girl was crying and pushing her away, weakly mind you but still. Togi was standing at the doorway, she hoped the woman didn't think she did anything to the girl. She looked so tired. "Togi.. you should be resting.", though the help was good, she knew the woman needed time for herself aswell.

Vashy was crying, she just wanted to be in the womans arms... nothing more. The woman used a different tone.. or maybe it was just her emotions making her think this way, she sniffled, looking at the woman, it took her awhile to realise the woman wasn't ok. She didn't know what to say, she just chewed on her lip, trying her best to calm down. All she could come up with was a weak "mama.." befor starring at the ground.

Alex was trying her best. It didn't matter. It didn't look like Vashy could be consoled by anyone but her. She hated this. Why couldn't the girl just... She sighed a little. It was partially her fault. She made the girl this way. She didn't like it. She just stood in the doorway. The girl seemed to realize the problem here. She guessed it would be good to stop hiding her emotions from the girl. It would help the girl to mature a little.

togi just stood there, she didn't seem to say anything else, the girl was withdrawing from what she could tell, she really didn't know, she tried rubbing the girls back abit to try and help. 'hey.. honey... its ok... we just want you happy' well... she wanted the girl to stop being upset at the least.

the woman didn't say anything else, she didn't know what to do now, she wanted to run up to her and cuddle her but she felt like she was in trouble right now... she felt the girls hand on her back but she didn't push it away, she sniffled again and started to cry harder.

The girl was crying. She felt bad. She felt a little sick. She stared at the ground. She walked over to the girl. She reached down and lifted the girl into her arms. She rubbed the girl's back. She shot an apologetic look to Alex. She felt bad that all this happened. She would have to have a serious talk with the girl again. Things sucked.

Togi came and picked the girl up. Even in her condition she still managed it. That was surprising to say the least. Alex got up and went to stand next to togi. Lightly rubbing her back and preparring to catch her if needed. She gave a reasurring smile to the woman. It was ok.

The woman picked her up and rubbed her back. Nothing was being said. She sniffled and calmed down dramatically. Crying into the womans shoulder untill her last ttear dropped. When her breathing came back to normal she snuggled into the woman. "Im sorry mama..." she didn't know if her words ment anything. She didn't want the woman mad with her. She sniffled again. Her voice low and apologetic.

Alex was trying to make her feel better. The girl was trying to apologize. She didn't want to talk right now. She wanted to rest. She held her face close to the girl's. She would have to say something. "Honey..." Her voice was close to a whisper. "I really need some rest right now. Would it be okay if I relaxed in bed while you and Alex played some games in here?" The girl would probably have loads of fun with the games. And she wasn't up for doing anything. Anything at all...

Alex had to hand it to togi. She wasn't screaming at the girl.. she must be really tired. She doubted the girl wanted to let the woman rest by herself at all but if she could mange it. Then she could have to keep the girl calm.

Vashy nuzzled the womans neck.. the woman didn't sound mad.. or even try to scold her. Vashy stayed quiet for alittle while befor she nodded. Hugging the woman tightly. "Im sorry mama... " she took a deep breath. "Can I give you my toy to keep you company?" If the woman said yes. She would leave her alone as best she could. It would help alot if the woman stayed in the room.

The girl was fine with it. The girl offered her a toy. She smiled a little. "That'd be lovely. Thank you, honey." She gave the girl a soft kiss to the cheek and set the girl down. She gave Alex a pat on the shoulder. "Thank you..." She wouldn't want to just sit and do nothing if she had to leave the girl alone for a bit. She really loved the girl, but things were hard. And Alex was so great. She pushed herself to her bed and collapsed in it. She pulled the blanket over her body and curled up on her side. She could relax like this.

"No worries.. your really good with her you know?" She was trying to compliment the woman. She was happyy to see the girl happy again. The girl seemed alittle reluctant to let the woman rest but she definately was better now. "Come on. After you give togi your toy we can try playing the game again. How's that sound?" She asked with a smile.

Vashy smiled. The woman accepted her request. Puttin her down. Alex wanted her to play. She nodded abit. Not being dragged this time. She grabbed her toy and brought it to the woman. Pulling the blanket up and placing it next to the woman befor tucking them both in. "I love you mama..." she whispered befor giving the woman a kiss on the cheek and going over to alex.. she didn't really know what to expect.

The girl brought her the toy. She hugged it to her body. The girl tucked her in. She felt pretty relaxed. "I love you, too, baby..." She was happy here. She should talk to the girl more about her problems. About bad things. She didn't want more of this happening. She wanted to hear them play a little. Then she could go take a nap. She wasn't being very considerate to the girl. Then again the girl was being a little whiny about it all. She just needed relaxation.

The girl came back to play with her. She had to try and make this better the last time. "You know that's nice of you to tuck your mama in like that. I bet she liked it" she smiled at the girl then looked at the game "do you want to try and see how many you can get your hippo to eat" she asked with a hopeful smile.

The girl was being nice. She blushed abit as alex mentioned her tucking the woman in. Smiling. She still didn't feel completely secure. She sat with the girl and stared at the game... she preferred her toys. She looked at the girl and nodded... "an if I get lots of them then that means I win right?" She wasn't really sure how the game worked she wasn't paying attention befor. Alex just nodded releasing the balls. It took vashy abit to realise what she had to do. She giggled abit at the colourful figures chomping on the little round things.

The two were talking so nicely. The girl was giggling and having fun. She smiled. She was glad that the girl could still make her happy so easily. She enjoyed having the girl in this 'young period', but she would probably have to treat the girl a little differently. The girl would probably be upset with her. She shut her eyes tight and snuggled close to the toy the girl gave her. She took a deep breath and opened her eyes up. Kinda funny. She was nearly done with the girl's elementary lessons and she was going to start treating the girl more seriously. Maybe that was why? No... she was doing this because the girl was starting to revert to such a young state mind due to the incident. She wiggled her toes. She was glad she could do that. She shivered a bit. Life was changing so much.

The girl was finally responding well.. even if it did take awhile, she smiled. "Thats it.. and when they eat all of them you have to check and see how many each one ate. " she looked at the little tray the balls end up in and checked with her own tray. She giggled abit. "You helped your hippo eat lots. I think its fuller then mine. " She'd let Vashy win this one anyways. "You want to go again?" she waited for the answer befor setting the balls loose again, this time actually trying to get as many as she could.

Vashy nodded, she wouldn't mind this game, it was fun and interesting, though she wasn't sure how it would be playing on her own. "yea, this time I'll try to make it more full!" she nodded with determination as she went at it again, she was concentrating on the balls, the head moved quickly each time she pressed it, making her giggle. It was childish in a way but it was different to her.

It sounded like the girl won. She wondered if the girl was really good at the game, or if Alex was just being nice. She wasn't sure what to think about in bed anymore. She made up her mind. The next time she could talk privately with the girl she would have a private conversation. It was going to be difficult. She guessed she needed to figure out what to say. Ugh... it was going to be so hard. The other serious conversations she had were so easy because she could go about them in a more childish way, just giving simple answers to simple questions. Now she has to act more like an adult. Hell, she was hardly an adult. She was, what, 20 now? And she still acted a bit like a child. When the girl wasn't home she acted like a 13-17 year old. No... she didn't want to go back to the ideas that she was a bad mother. Not again. She didn't want to cry right now...

"hehe. Lets see how you did this time. I think I did really good", Alex said in a boastful way. She giggled abit and looked, hmm... it seemed the girl won this time. Damn. Well it happened sometimes. "looks like you did it again. " she pointed out the area and then her own one, showing Vashy teh different levels.

Vashy nodded letting Alex check, she was shown how to check aswell, giggling. "My hippos always gonna be full" she giggled again, it was a cute game. She liked the idea of feeding the animal, even if it was jjust plastic. She wondered if she there where other games like that. "I did it again?.. so I got more again." she was in a good mood again, glancing back at the woman on the bed, it was better having the woman so close.

She wasn't feeling very good. The two sounded like they were having a good time. She sighed. She pushed the covers off her body and got out of bed. She walked up to the girl from behind and wrapped her arms around the girl, getting onto her knees. She shut her eyes and nuzzled her cheek into the girl's. She really didn't feel good. She didn't care what Alex thought right now. She just wanted to feel better. She kept her eyes shut tight. She didn't want to cry. She was an alright mother... she wasn't bad. She thought about the girl's birth-mother. She was a good mother. Much better that the girl's previous mother.

"Yeap thats right", she giggled, the girl was so cute... she wondered if they should try another game. she could let the girl choose which one is best. "How about we try monopoly next." she asked as she turned to get the box and set the game up, she looked up to see Togi walking towards the girl, she smiled at the woman.

"Monopoly.. Ok, " she only played the first game, so far. There was a couple to play with. She wondered what the others would be like. She felt the womans arms wrap around her, she smiled wide, wrapping her arms aroudn the womans arms. "Do you feel better now Mama", she asked innocently as she rubbed her cheek back against the womans with a giggle.

She shook her head. "No." That was all she had to say. She gently rubbed the girl's tummy. She didn't like herself right now. The two were going to play monopoly. It was a pretty long, pretty difficult game. She should probably help the girl. She didn't want to open her eyes, thought. She was a little scared what might happen to her. She might cry. She didn't want that. She loved the girl. Alex didn't speak to her yet. She was fine with that. She didn't move anymore. She felt so... strange. It was a bad feeling. She didn't like it. She wanted everything to be gone. She wished she didn't have to deal with anything anymore.

Vashy frowned instantly when the woman said no.. her brow furrowing.. she never liked the woman being upset. "Whats wrong mama?.... do we have to go to the hospital again?" She was worried about the womans health.. maybe the woman over did it when she started to walk again. She snuggled into the woman as best she could. Squirming abit to turn around and wrap her arms tightly around the woman, nuzzling into the womans neck and kissing her cheek.. she wanted the woman better.

Alex frowned abit... she was still not good. She wondered if she could stay long enough for the girl to fall asleep.. she could talk to Togi then. She wasn't sure if she should interfere with the two right now. "Togi, if you want I can take care of Vashy for you if you need to go", she wasn't sure if the offer was any good. This was a hard situation for her...
