Reunion

Rayne nodded as he hopped into the back of the truck and opened a silver tool box that didn't contain tools. He grabbed a pair of athletic shorts that she could pull the strings tight and tie them. And then he pulled out a small shirt of his. And slid open the sliding door to hand the clothes to Kasi, "Here you go." He then shut the "tool" box and locked it.

The boy handed her some shorts and a shirt. She would've preferred a large shirt to wear as a gown, but anything worked for her. The boy was in the back of the truck again. She pulled off her soaked clothes and quickly pulled on the clothes the boy gave her. The shorts were loose on her. She pulled the strings until they fit her waist a bit more. She still wrapped herself in the blanket. She wasn't sure what to do with her wet clothing. She would just wait for the boy...

Rayne got in the truck and turned it around, "Just letting you know I don't have a spare room at my place, will you be okay if we sleep on the same bed? It's big enough that we won't be close to each other. He pumped the gas and then looked over at Kasi as he waited for an answer.

They started to drive again. She didn't mind the movement anymore. She was a little sleepy. And she felt so cozy in this blanket. She kept her eyes on the boy. "That sounds fine." She was actually planning on it being that way. She didn't like the dark. It scared her for some reason. Being with somebody else would help her. She yawned and shut her eyes. She hoped the boy wouldn't mind if she just napped a little. She was just feeling so sleepy.

He smiled over at Kasi, the truck wasn't tilting side to side as much anymore, the ground was soft from all the rain. He turned left and headed back into Megiddo, the roads were still pretty busy for how late it was. He looked over at Kasi and smiled. Rayne continued to drive back to his place. He pressed the fingerprint scanner and it beeped, the garage door opened but Rayne twisted his thumb to the left and the lights inside dimmed a little. Rayne pressed a button on the steering wheel and the truck became immediately quieter. He coasted into the garage and turned the truck off as the door closed. He walked over to Kasi's door, picked her up and started to carry her upstairs.

Her eyes slowly opened. They were in a building. She was being carried. She turned her head and saw the boy. She wrapped her arms around him and laid her head on his chest. She couldn't see anything in here very well. She would have turn on her night vision, and she didn't want the boy to see it. "Where are we?" She was pretty calm. The boy was so warm and relaxing. She didn't expect to be awake for much longer.

"We are at my place, I dimmed the lights not to wake you up, but that didn't work so well." He smiled as he walked up the spiral staircase into his bedroom, it was about as big as the room downstairs. He walked towards his bed which was basically two California King mattresses put together. The bed was set into the floor, but the floor where Rayne's bed was, was higher than the rest of the room. He smiled as he laid Kasi down on his bed and kissed her on the forehead.

That's what she guessed. They were at his house. He set her down on a bed. She giggled a little when he kissed her forehead. She felt so sleepy and her eyes weren't working. It was took dark for her human eyes to see, but too bright to see otherwise. She just shut her eyes. She pulled the blanket over herself. She took a deep breath and yawned again. "Good night..."

Rayne smiled, "Night." He went into the bathroom and took a shower, coming out in just a towel. He looked at Kasi a little bit and smiled, he then walked downstairs and grabbed as glass and filled it with water as he gulped it down. He stood in the silence for a little while as he listened for Kasi. He tip-toed across the floor into his hallway. He grabbed the wall on his right and pushed it up. He then opened the door to the cage and then closed it. Light from all the computer screens flooded the hallway as he went to work.

She listened. The boy was showering and... he left? He was downstairs for a bit. Then... where was he? She waited for a good while. She was alone in the bed. She wanted the boy to be with her in bed. She sighed a little. She pushed herself out of the bed and quietly tiptoed around. She didn't want the boy to know she was up. Her eyes were aching. She wasn't built for this. She had to feel around to find her way. Her foot hit the floor too early and she fell to her knees. It was a little loud. She hoped the boy didn't hear her.

Rayne's turned around as he thought he heard something, but he quickly dismissed it as he went back to trying to bruteforce his way into a company's server. He turned to his right and typed on that computer. He then got up and from inside the cage pulled the wall down, Kasi probably wouldn't even realize that the wall was moveable let alone that there was a room behind it.

She heard something. The boy didn't come to her. Good... the boy didn't know she was up. She pushed back to her feet and made a silent trip to where the sound came from. She was in the room... but there was nothing here. She looked around as best she could. Nothing. She sighed. She felt so lonely. She looked behind her. She was scared to start walking around the house again on her own. She sat on the ground. She couldn't do anything...

Rayne cheered as he finally got through and started siphoning money through countless bank accounts in a hundred cities or so. He smiled as he turned his computers off and opened the cage. He then pushed the wall up and looked around, he pushed the wall back down and walked up the stairs. He noticed Kasi was just sitting in the middle of the floor, "Having fun?" He walked over and scooped her up in his arms.

The boy seemingly came out of the wall. She was a little confused. He picked her up. She smiled a bit. "I was just exploring the house. I thought I heard you. I guess I did." She wasn't as sleepy as she was before. She wanted to lay with the boy in bed. She hoped he would stay with her this time. She liked being carried by the boy. He made her happy.

Rayne chuckled as he walked to his bed, he set her on the bed and cuddled up behind her with his arms around her, "This bed is somehow more comfy with you in it." He smiled as he kissed her cheek. He pulled her closer and just laid there. He was content with just holding her.

The boy brought her back to bed. He laid down with her. She smiled. The boy held her close. She turned herself around and looked the boy in the eyes. She grinned a little. "Strange, I was going to say the same thing." Her arms wrapped around the boy. She felt so much better now. She was a little curious as to what boy was doing before. She was too sleepy to mention it now, though.

Rayne smiled, he leaned in and kissed her. He rolled onto his back and looked at the ceiling. He laughed as he thought of something and then rolled back on his side to face Kasi. He stared into her eyes and then started to passionately kiss her. He chuckled a little as he wrapped his arms around Kasi, "Would you say you enjoy my company?"

The boy moved a bit and kissed her. She held him close. She nodded. "I would say something like that." She gave the boy a soft kiss on the lips. The boy was doing so much more, but she just couldn't bring herself to it. She touched her nose to his. "Thank you for taking me in." She felt so good. Her heart felt warm. It was so nice.

Rayne looked in her eyes, "No problem." Rayne rolled over grabbed his silk blanket and pulled it over them both as they laid there. He kissed her on the lips and then disappeared under the covers. He crawled away into the middle of the bed and grabbed his pillows. He crawled back to Kasi with some pillows and placed them under his and her head.

The boy left. The bed was enormous. She wondered where he was. Somewhere under the covers. He came back and gave her a pillow. She laid her head on it and stayed close to the boy. "Do you suppose we should sleep?" She wrapped an arm around him. Her other arm reached down and took his hand. She smiled.

He intertwined his fingers with hers as he laid there, "I think we should." He pulled Kasi close to him and wrapped his arms around her waist. He smiled, "It's still so hard to believe you're back." He kissed Kasi on the forehead and then started to drift off to sleep. And it really didn't take long cause he was out pretty quickly.

He she nuzzled her face into the boy's chest. "It's still hard to believe I'm even here..." She shut her eyes. She just met this boy today. Her feelings for him were a little confusing right now, but it was all okay. She was glad to be with somebody. Just having somebody there to calm her down made everything okay. She hoped this feeling was never ruined.

Rayne had fallen asleep, but he held her a little tighter when she nuzzled into him. A small smile came across his mouth. He cared immensely for this girl, and would even goes as far as to say he loved her. But he understood her feelings would be confusing her. He just didn't want her to leave because he would be scared that he wouldn't see her again.

She was with the boy. She was so glad. She held close to the boy. She was so warm. She loved it. She hadn't slept in a bed in a while. And this bed was so nice. She was drifting off. She liked the boy a lot. She fell asleep. She was so glad. She was so happy...

Rayne woke up in the morning, the lights in the room coming up and casting a soft glow across the floor. He smiled as he held Kasi in his arms. He kissed her forehead and pulled away softly enough as not to wake her up, although she still could if she was a light sleeper. He'd softly and slowly crawl out of the bed. He'd just stand there for a little while and watch her. He headed downstairs into the kitchen and living room area and started to cook breakfast for them both. As he waited for the bacon to cook he crept into the hallway and pushed the wall up. He stepped inside and turned his computer on and then left the room, shutting the cage and then dropping the wall back down. He looked at his phone, tapped a few things and it was re-synced up with his computer, giving him real time updates and allows him to use his phone to type on the computer.
