Reunion

The boy was alright with it. She smiled a little. Things were turning out well. Hold on... the boy was doing something strange. The car was moving quickly. She held onto the door. She gripped it tightly. They were driving backwards now. They were staring at the car behind them. Her heart was beating too fast. She didn't feel safe. She started to shake a little. There were so many cars heading for them. She was so scared. She couldn't control herself. She tried to speak up, but nothing was happening. This wasn't good for her...

Rayne reached over for Kasi and smiled. He couldn't really look over, because he was concentrating on what he was about to do. He pulled his hand away as he pulled the hand break again. This time the car just stopped because they were at a traffic light. Rayne quickly downshifted because the car wasn't moving in fourth gear and that's not good on the gear box. He looked over at Kasi and rested his hand on hers.

They stopped moving. The cars that were following them stopped chasing them. She breathed. The boy's hand was on top of her's. She didn't feel good. She shut her eyes. "I... I don't like that." Her eyes opened back up. She was still scared. Her hands loosened up. She didn't want to hurt herself. She looked over at the boy. She didn't have anything else to say. She was okay... not feeling very well.
